This month we are making the flower parts of the corner blocks. There are 6 different colors for this month's sewing. My quilt is made with Kaleidoscope by Island Batik!

Here are my Top Tips:
- Per usual, I use the Clearly Slotted Trimmers to trim my half-square triangles.
- This month is all about stitch and flip corners. Make sure that you press the corners open to see that it covers the entire corner before trimming.
- Be very careful with the direction of your stitch and flip corners. They are not all the same! I repeat, they are not the same!
- Sew the units together according to the instructions. Please note if you are making the mini quilt version instead of the full quilt, the purple flower blocks will be identical with the yellow center.

- November: Month 3 blocks. <- WE ARE HERE!!!
- December: Month 4 blocks and Mini Quilt #2 assembly.
- January: Month 5 blocks/Mini Quilt #3 assembly.
- February: Month 6 blocks and Quilt Top Assembly
- March: Show off your amazing work!
This month's live video in the Powered By Quilting Quilters Facebook Group will be THIS SATURDAY, November 9th at 10am Central Standard time. I am preparing step-outs to make the video shorter. I originally thought of it more as a "let's sew together" but realized it'll be easier to watch with shorter clips. Can't wait to chat with everyone!
