We did it! We made a quilt top in 4.5 hours on Saturday and then I longarmed the quilt Saturday night. Sunday I put on the binding and took some glamour shots. The quilt is comprised of 35 - 10" squares and just over 1.75 yards of background.
Disregard the light on the right that is falling off the wall, I noticed it after I took the photo. It's already fixed now. Whoops!
This quilt turned out to be 66.5"x76", perfect for snuggling under while on the couch. It's super beginner-friendly and a great precut stash buster!
I used Grand Canal by Kate Spain for the quilt top because of its large prints that I didn't want to cut up!
