I. am. so. tired. But I am inspired and overwhelmed all at the same time. This is going to be Part 1 of my Quiltcon recap. Quiltcon was this last Thursday-Sunday in Austin, TX. There were some amazing classes, a ton of awesome vendors, and a really fabulous quilt show. I also got to meet up with lots of different quilty friends who attended Quiltcon. This post will focus on the Quilt Show portions. I need more time to digest my classes and just how much stuff I purchased during Quiltcon. The best in show quilt is Starring You by Peter Byrne. I got to meet him during the show and learned that he started quilting in 2017. He was a student of the craft and had taken over 200+ online classes. This quilt is just amazing.

The featured quilter in this year's show was Victoria Findlay Wolfe. I've taken loads of classes from her and I love her teaching style. Here are some of my favorite quilts of hers.
This is my gallery of quilts that I loved in the show. Hover over each image to see maker information or click to enlarge.
The quilt show also showcased Charity Quilts made by guilds or a group of individual members. This year since it included letters in part of the theme, there were some AMAZING quilts with inspirational quotes. I really love these this year and I'm so excited to share some of my favorites. The show this year was FANTASTIC! I'm going to take the next few days to digest more of the classes and recap my experience on Friday! I hope you enjoyed this eye candy!
