Holiday Ornaments (Friday Foto Fun #151)

I am starting to think about the holiday way earlier this year than in previous years.  Last year I made my team at work ornaments with the Basic Star ornament (access the Ornament Girl's Basic Star Workshop here.)  After the craziness of last year making 10 ornaments in the course of a weekend, I decided to make sure that I started WAY earlier for this year!

I picked the Bloom Quilted Ornament pattern for this year's ornament with some rather non-traditional fabrics.  I even bought "2020" charms earlier this year to label the ornament, but I'm not sure anyone really wants to remember this year.  So far I'm about halfway done making the ornaments for my team (which has grown to 13) with about a month to go!  I'm pretty proud of the progress that I've made.  The funny thing about belonging to the Ornament Girl Club (and now the Christmas Ornament Club) is that I get a kit each month!  But I usually binge make the ornaments during the winter months!  This box contains all the kits that I've amassed this year but haven't made yet.  Hopefully, I'll get a large majority of them made by the time we put up our Christmas tree!

I looked at all the ornaments I made this year and sadly it's not that many.  Here's a photo of all the gift ornaments and the ones that I've created in 2020 thus far.  Seems like I have a lot of work to do!

Have you made no-sew ornaments before?  Did you like it?
