Happy Friday, we made it to the end of another week! I'm sharing another bag made at the Wizardry Getaway, the Lola Domed Handbag by Swoon Patterns!
Shannon of Knotted Threads Co. taught this bag pattern. She was the most technical of the teachers and I really enjoyed learning from her. She changed up the pattern from what was written but it worked out really well! The interior of mine had a zipper pocket and slip pocket like most patterns but I forgot to take a photo of it before leaving the purse in Dallas. This was also the first bag that I tried using a heat press to adhere the fusible foam to the exterior of the bag. I loved using a heat press so much that I ordered one for me to use at home!
Overall I love this bag and it is much more spacious inside than I originally thought it would be! Only one more bag left to share from the retreat and I'll be making it with different fabrics tomorrow on stream!
