Black Friday! (Friday Foto Fun #7)
Happy Black Friday everyone!!! This day is always so dangerous for my credit cards because of the amazing deals all the retailers offer! I'm spending time with my family in Dallas for the holidays and hope you got to spend some time with yours, too! I got 2 rows done this week on my Fox and Friends quilt, making up for the lack of progress last week. It's starting to come together pretty quickly now!
I also tried my hand at hand quilting! My Sew Sampler from the Fat Quarter Shop a few weeks ago contained a Matchbox Quilt from Moda. It included everything needed to make the quilt including backing, binding, batting, and floss for the hand quilting! For my first attempt, I think it looks pretty good!
I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the holiday! I can't wait to get some solid sewing time in!

Your mini quilt is adorbs and you did a fine job quilting it! Hope to get some sewing done – work on some sew together bags that I have had in process for awhile along with some hand sewing of sleeves for a quilt to hang in our new apartment.
