Change is Constant (Friday Foto Fun #92)
This is one of those weeks where I wonder, "How is it already Friday?! What happened?" Work has been so crazy lately that things have kind of gotten away from me. Sometimes it's just exhausting, and I need to remember to give myself the grace to relax and recharge. There is no need to work myself to the point of a mental breakdown. There are several things in the works outside of my quilting life that may throw a few curveballs at me, but I'm not sure what's going to happen yet. It's one of those "hurry up and wait" situations. I'll be sure to share any big news when I get it!
The only part of this week that I got to sew was when Angela came over to my house to train me on Prostitcher! Talk about fun, Angela is such a great teacher and she treats her owners really well. I'm so glad to be a part of her longarmy! I practiced multiple methods to start and stop each row, what to do when thread breaks, etc. I'm so ready to get my stack of quilt tops quilted!
I hope you had a less stressful and more sewing week than me! What are you sewing this weekend?

Wow, you had Angela herself there tutoring you?! Awesome!!!
Ok, I’m both curious and nervous about what’s going on with you outside of quilting. I’ll be waiting to hear more when you can share it! Angela came to your house?!? Wow, what a fun day that must have been!
Angela is such a great teacher – you’ll be a pro in no time!
Angela in your house!!!! what fun that must have been! I can’t wait to take her class at QuiltCon. But, do take care of yourself and breathe through the curve balls….I had a few minor ones today but they do toss you like a boat in storm. Looking forward to the BOM – hope to cut some while I am home at the end of the month!
Good reminder for all of us. Hope you’re enjoying the new machine.
