Bags, Bags, and more Bags (Friday Foto Fun #109)

If you aren't a bag lady yet, 2020 might convince you!  I've always loved bags, but in the beginning, I've been too intimidated or I never carved out the time to sew them.  As a part of my 2020 Twitch streaming goals, I'll be making a bag a month from start to finish!  I'm going to introduce the bag patterns that I'm going to be making this year.  Please note that I am still attempting to order the difficulty of the bags with the easiest bags earlier in the year.

If you've made any of the bags above, let me know what you thought!  Or if you really want to make one of the bags above, but haven't yet!

Streaming Bag Days!

  • February 1
  • March TBD
  • April 11
  • May 2
  • June 6 (tentatively)
  • July 11 (tentatively)
  • August TBD
  • September TBD
  • October 3 (tentatively)
  • November 14 (tentatively)

So why can I not publish a firm schedule?  Unfortunately, life happens and with live streaming anything can happen.  I put in dates that I know of today, but I cannot predict the future.  I will, however, be announcing the week of to confirm the date and bag pattern with fabric options.

I am also streaming precut "quilt-in-a-day" quilts on a second weekend a month with some casual sewing thrown in there.  Bag day will always be earlier in the month than the precut quilt day.

Miss a live stream?  You can check out the videos on my Twitch channel but for only 2 weeks after the live stream.

  1. I’ve been eyeing a Weebrawbag for awhile, so that one is a possibility. Thanks for sharing the list!

Very exciting! I love bags, but I enjoy the finished product more than the process of making them. Annie’s Ultimate Travel Bag is on my list this year, though.

Good luck with your bag making and the videos.

Hello Sherry. I will certainly be checking out your bags. I have only begun to make some. I love them!
