Simply Stars Quilt Pattern!
Here's the sixth quilt in my Simply series. Introducing Simply Stars! I made this quilt top in about 4.5 hours on Saturday and then I longarmed the quilt Saturday night. It uses a layer cake and approximately 1.75 yards of background. I also used the larger A2 Clearly Slotted Trimmer to speed up making large half-square triangles!
I was actually afraid this quilt was going to take me a lot more time because the Simply Cake pattern took me 5 hours and had less half-square triangles than this quilt. This was probably the best test I've done that shows the slotted trimmer is a huge time saver!

Sherry what is not to love! I love Blueberry Park and that pattern is perfect.
This is a cool pattern. You’ve made HSts look so glamorous.
Oh, I like this, and I’m pretty sure I have at least one layer cake lying around here. I look forward to getting the pattern. I don’t even know what all the pre-cuts are!
This is a fun pattern and a great use for layer cakes. Good luck with it!
Congrats on another great pattern.
