Love & Kisses Blog Tour Kickoff!!! (+Giveaway!)
I am so excited to kick off this awesome blog tour of my very first signature line from Island Batik! So what is a signature line? A signature line is designed by in-house Island Batik Designer Kathy Engle, but for me to design the corresponding patterns that are in the catalog! I've gathered some really awesome quilters and designers to join me on this blog tour!
Love & Kisses is in stores NOW! You can pick up yardage or a precut like a 10" stacker or 2.5" strip pack. To find your closest quilt shop that carries Island Batik, check out the Store Locator here.
In addition to kicking off this blog tour, I am announcing that I will be doing a Lucky Stars Quilt Along starting in January. On the first Tuesday of each month, we will be making the associated blocks in the pattern. If you were sewing along with the Barn Quilt BOM last year, this will be very similar with live Facebook Group chat/demos each month but no associated monthly newsletter at this time. The Quilt Along starts on January 5th and will run through September 7th, 2021! Pick up the pattern today and join in the fun! The pattern is super beginner friendly but a great modern take on traditional blocks!
Lucky Stars is just one of the 5 patterns that I released with this fabric line. Here are the other quilts using Love & Kisses!
Quilt photography was taken by Jerry Khiev of Island Batik!
You can get all 5 of these patterns for 25% off until the end of the blog tour in my Payhip shop using the coupon code LOVE&KISSES.
I'll actually be sewing with Love & Kisses making my Color Burst quilt on December 12 and 19th! Come join me on my Twitch channel and sew along (or just come hang out and chat!)
I'll be popping in throughout the blog tour for my normally scheduled Tuesday and Friday posts with more information about this beautiful line! But now to the giveaway! I'm giving away a padded flat-rate mailer of all my Love & Kisses scraps from when I made all of my quilts plus some fat quarters, end of bolt, etc. It's going to be FULL of Love & Kisses! Unfortunately, this giveaway is only open to US residents. Void where prohibited by law.

I’m slowly making quilts for a family with 12 children. I started with the mom, then the oldest. I’m working now on the next child. This fabric would be for the next in line.
It would most definitely go into a quilt

It’s beautiful fabric! I can imagine making all sorts of things with it. Maybe I’ll make a tablecloth or a kitchen set.
