Oh, how September is going to be crazy. I'm currently at the Wizardry Getaway in Quitman, TX this weekend. An all-inclusive sewing retreat making bags! Then the next two weekends I'll be traveling for work so the Simply stream for September was SUPER early! I'm introducing Simply Squared a few weeks earlier than normal because of this! This quilt top minus the border was made in just under 4 hours and I had waffled about adding extras to the border but ultimately decided to keep it plain. This is the ninth Simply Quilt of the year.
I am really pleased with the finished quilt and I think the design lends itself to both big and small prints! The quilt used a total of 12 fat quarters and about 2 yards of background. I'm doing preorders on the pattern, so you don't need to remember to come back to get it if you aren't a Patreon Subscriber!
