In the spirit of remaking some of my very first bags/non-quilty items, I thought it was time to remake my wallet, a Pocket Pal by Linds Handmade. I decided to use a 1″ seatbelt webbing for the snap closure rather than making a vinyl flap closure. I think the seatbelt worked perfectly! I was able to finish the Turtle blocks for the Awesome Ocean quilt this past weekend. The total time was about 6 hours to complete these little blocks. They are pretty darling, but I’m not really sure if 6 hours was worth it.
