Introducing Simply Cornered! This quilt top was made on stream last Saturday in about 4 hours. This is the first Simply Quilt of the year! And you’ll have to bear with me with not-so-great photos since my temporary living space does not have great photography space.

Merry Christmas Eve! This month’s Aurifil Artisan Challenge was an open sew or stitch. There is something about being around snow that makes me want to slow down and embroider some fun projects. I have several Cozy Blue Handmade panels that I’ve collected over the years just to stitch during the winter. I picked this super winter-themed print for my project.

Happy Friday! I can’t wait till tomorrow when I can finally finish the Cargo Duffle from last weekend. I was only able to make the front and back panels of the duffle during the stream time.

Introducing Simply Ticking! This quilt top was made on stream in October in about 4 hours and I just realized I never shared the quilt. Better late than never! This quilt is made out of fat quarters! I’m also doing a Black Friday discount on ALL Simply Patterns for the rest of November! (even the preorders!)
This month’s Aurifil Artisan Challenge is to make a project with an Industry Partner, Freespirit Fabrics. We were provided 3 fat quarters and a spool of 50wt matching Aurifil thread. The fabric provided is from Tula Pink’s Daydream line and a matching solid.
