Introducing Simply Stripes! This was technically August’s Simply quilt that I’m a bit late blogging about. This quilt top was made in just over 3 hours! The quilt used 24 fat quarters (3 each in 4 different colors, 6 dark, and 6 low volume).
Summer Delight BOM Month 5! (Friday Foto Fun #294)
Happy Friday! Earlier this month, we made the Month 5 blocks of the Summer Delight BOM! Month 5 is entirely foundation paper pieced! This is a great beginning block for foundation paper piecing as it’s large sections and we are using Batiks that don’t really have a “front” or a “back.” There are 4 blocks in total, but it’s the same block with different color...

Happy Friday! I love a good little zipper pouch or boxed zipper pouch! Lately, I’ve seen a trend in the custom fabric groups selling more clear vinyl and jelly vinyl aka translucent-colored vinyl. I just had to try it out and I made this super cute boxed pouch!
