Introducing Simply Optical! This was September’s Simply quilt that I’m a bit late blogging about. This quilt top minus the border was made in just under 4.5 hours! The quilt used 8 fat quarters and 2.875yards of background.

Here’s the Starlight BOM Month 9 block that we made this past Saturday on stream! This was the first block that has some traditional piecing included!

Introducing Simply Stripes! This was technically August’s Simply quilt that I’m a bit late blogging about. This quilt top was made in just over 3 hours! The quilt used 24 fat quarters (3 each in 4 different colors, 6 dark, and 6 low volume).
Happy Friday! Earlier this month, we made the Month 5 blocks of the Summer Delight BOM! Month 5 is entirely foundation paper pieced! This is a great beginning block for foundation paper piecing as it’s large sections and we are using Batiks that don’t really have a “front” or a “back.” There are 4 blocks in total, but it’s the same block with different color...
