Happy Valentine’s Day! Look at my beautiful block! I made it on stream this past Saturday! The block from start to finish took about 2-3 hours to make. The real-time video will be on Twitch until Feb 26 so there is still time to get the pattern and sew along with me. I go through each step of how I foundation paper piece and sew...
Happy Friday, we made it! I hope everyone is staying warm! I’m adding a new stream topic to my line-up each month called “WIP Progress” where I work on one of my projects that I have started, but haven’t finished yet! This last Saturday I spent 4 hours working on my Elephant Abstractions quilt.

Diamonds are the birthstone of April babies, so what better quilt to make! The Diamond is paper pieced from a sketch I made on graph paper. I drew and redrew the diamond until...
Today, I was going to talk about the design process for this Diamonds quilt I made for the Maker’s Birthday Bash swap. However, I realized it might be better to talk about how to paper piece first before going into designing a paper piecing pattern! I’ll discuss the design process of this quilt in 2 weeks after it’s in the mail to my partner! It’s...
