Subscription addiction (Friday Foto Fun #45)
Happy Friday!!! We made it to the end of the week! It's been one rough week at work, but it's almost the weekend! I got to do a secret sewing this past weekend with my Trish and Birdie fat quarter bundle. I can't wait to finish my project and share it with you.

I was also able to stitch together my very first pouch from the Sew Lux Pouch Club. It's August and I've been in the club all year!
The Pouch Club is a subscription that you get a pouch kit each month. The kit includes everything you need to create the pouch for that month.
I have really loved the pouches, but I'm not really sure why I haven't been motivated to actually sew the pouches together. Does anyone else have this issue?
I also joined 2 other subscriptions this month in addition to the Sew Sampler Box and the Pouch Club. I joined the Pin & Needles Premium kit boxes. I met these fabulous ladies at Quilt Market and did an unboxing video for one of their previous boxes (check it out here). I kept seeing some awesome projects they selected for their boxes, so I bit the bullet and signed up! I just received my first box and it's pretty awesome!
Anyone wanna guess how long it'll take me to actually make this super cute bag?
The other subscription box I signed up for is the Ornament Girls Club. Each month there is an ebook, a video tutorial, and a full kit to make a fabric ornament. I haven't gotten this month's kit yet, but it's a pineapple. Seriously... I'm a sucker for pineapples.

The only subscription I have is the Sew Sampler Box, which I’ve enjoyed. I would have a difficult time keeping up with project boxes, I think. Your pouch is very cute!
Very cute pouches! I was totally addicted to subscription boxes for awhile and I subbed to at least 4 different quilting boxes at different times. But the fabric was frequently hit & miss and I’d end up with stuff I was only half jazzed about. So … I decided to be my own curator from that point on.
It’s like Christmas or my birthday once a month…but even better with a subscription box! I. have actually accomplished a thing or two this week, and hope to keep it up
I love the idea of subscription boxes, but haven’t succumbed yet. I did join Mr. B’s Benartex club which is quarterly with some fabric, and that felt good. I am working on my polaroid summer challenge and some binding and lots of learning and designing on EQ!
I finished a chrome book cover for my son who was issued one through school. He was going to use bubble wrap!!! I’m pretty happy with the results of my first adventure in foundation paper piecing. I love your pouch!
