Destination: Quilt Along Block 12!

The last block of the QAL, Block 12 is released today!!!  Bobbi of Snowy Days Quilting is this week's designer for Block 12 of Destination: Quilt Along.  Be sure to bookmark my quick links page so you have easy access to all the blocks and hosts!  You can also find the quick links page by clicking the button on the right side of my page.

This is a great fully traditionally pieced mountain block!

Here are my top tips:

I cut out all of the different pieces and laid them out prior to sewing to make sure I knew where all the pieces fit in the block. The corner triangles will have bias edges so be careful not to pull while sewing them together.

Use your 12.5" square ruler to cut out the top part of the mountain block before adding the green grass to the bottom of the block!

Ta Da!  All finished!
