We finished!!! We started sewing the Barn Quilt Block of the Month in September of last year and it’s finally finished! I hope everyone learned something new in the fun sew along!

The first week back to reality is always tough, but I’ve almost finished the week! Quiltcon was amazing! I got to see lots of friends and took some awesome classes. YAY! Here’s the second quilt in my Simply series. Introducing Simply Cake! We made this quilt top in about 5 hours on Saturday and then I longarmed the quilt Saturday night. Sunday I put on the binding and took some glamour shots. The quilt is comprised of 40 – 10″ print squares and just about 1.25 yards of background.
