Happy Friday! Last weekend was September’s Bag Day stream on my Twitch channel. I used the woven panel I made the week prior with some black cork to make this darling Serin Sling Bag!
It’s Friday again! TGIF. I experimented last weekend with raw edge fabric weaving. I’ve woven fabric panels before, but I’ve always made strips with the raw edges tucked under. Pretty much making a whole bunch of bias tape strips to weave together which took forever! Raw edges meaning for a 1″ strip, I cut exactly 1″.
Tomorrow I’ll be streaming the next Quilt in a Day stream with Simply Churned! This will be a fun and (should be) fast quilt with layer cake! Happy Friday! Last weekend was the official August Bag Day on my Twitch channel. I made the Townsend Bag by Sallie Tomato. The bag turned out super cute even though there were a few frustrating parts about this pattern. The bag actually took me about 8 hours total to complete, and I had to stop on Saturday to ask for help in the Facebook group.
