  1. How funky and modern is that?!!!

  2. I love it! I think you’ve crossed over, and have begun to embrace the improv style! It is kind of freeing, isn’t it? It’s a nice break from following instructions, rules, whatever. It’s a great quilt, Sherry!

Nice quilt, Sherry! I enjoyed reading about your process and seeing the photos.

  4. I really like how the stripe/point facing down seems like it is bending the one pointing to the left. Well done! It can be hard to let go of perfectionist / measuring / Type A work habits, and I think this turned out brilliantly!

  5. Great job! I love the turquiouse thread for the blocks. Was trying out something like that on mine and kind of liked it….two other tasks before quilting!

I love the movement of this modern quilt. The negative space and the quilting with concentric rectangles makes it perfect! You nailed the improvisational “no math” construction.

I love this, Sherry! The quilting complements the design so well and I really like all that cool, white space.

This turned out great! Definitely a modern feel!
