March Color Challenge Revisited

Can you believe March is almost over?! I am reminding you that the March Color Challenge link up is OPEN!!! YAY!!! Make sure to head over to Patterns By Jen's blog to link up. This is my 3rd yellow block using Jen for Dizzy Quilter's Circle Play block this week! Like previous months, I used my quarter circle templates to make this block! You can use any quarter circle template as long as the block ends up being 12" finished. This month, the theme was inset circles. It's a technique that I have never tried before, but Jen has a great tutorial on her blog. My inset circles were made from circular items in my room like the lid of my spray baste and my sample flatter bottle.

I used the same fabrics for each quadrant for the background, the circle, and the inset circle. I even got the little flowers centered for the inset circle. I think it turned out pretty well!

So for this month, I have finished 3 yellow blocks!
